Payment and Returns Policy

           These Payment Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which you agree to make payments for the training and placement services provided by Creoverse Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms.

  1. Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, UPI(can and id) and other methods as indicated during the payment process.

Payment Gateway: All online transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

  1. Course Fees

Fee Structure: The total course fee is communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees may vary depending on the course and any promotions or discounts applicable at the time of registration.

Taxes and Charges: Any applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), are included in the course fee unless stated otherwise.

Instalment Payments: If applicable, instalment payment plans may be offered. Failure to make payments on time may result in penalties or suspension from the course.

  1. Payment Schedule

– Full Payment: Students are required to pay the full course fee before the commencement of the course unless an instalment plan is agreed upon.

Instalment Payments: If paying by instalments, the schedule will be agreed upon during enrolment. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in additional charges or denial of access to course and classes.

Late Payments: A late fee of 18% may be charged on overdue payments. Continuous failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of enrolment.

  1. Refund Policy

Course Cancellation by Student: If a student cancels their enrolment within 7 days of payment, a refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. Any cancellation notice must be communication on whatsapp or email or written signed paper to the admission counsellor.

–  Course Cancellation by Creoverse Academy: If the course is cancelled by Creoverse Academy, students will receive a full refund of the fees paid.

Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees, registration fees, and certain other charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval and will be made through the original mode of payment.

  1. Discounts and Promotions

Eligibility: Discounts or promotional offers, if any, will be subject to specific terms and conditions. These offers cannot be combined.

– Validity:Discounts or promotions are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retrospectively.

  1. Placement Services

– Placement Fees: If placement services are included, the fees for these services will be part of the total course fee unless otherwise specified. If placement services are availed separately, additional charges may apply.

Job Guarantee: While Creoverse Academy offers placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment.

  1. Liability

Service Interruptions: Creoverse Academy is not liable for any interruptions or delays in service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, natural disasters, or strikes.

Limitation of Liability: Creoverse Academy’s liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the student for the course.

  1. Modification of Terms

Changes: Creoverse Academy reserves the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students, and continued use of our services after the changes implies acceptance.

  1. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the land, Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
